Deluxe Plumbing & Gas was founded in 2018 by Matthew Morrison, a fully qualified and certified Plumber and Gas Fitter. Matthew has worked in the plumbing industry for over a decade and has a strong reputation for his high-quality approach and reliable service.
NZ-owned, Deluxe Plumbing & Gas is a small business delivering excellent outcomes and dependable service to every client. We work efficiently across residential and commercial sites and take on jobs of every scope and size. Matthew and his team are passionate about their work, adept at rapid problem-solving and always see a job through to the best result, guaranteeing all work.
At Deluxe, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we achieve this with clear processes, attention to detail and by employing a knowledgeable team of licensed plumbers and gas fitters passionate about their work.

Matthew Morrison
Director
Matthew has been in the trade for over 14 years and serves as the director of Deluxe Plumbing & Gas. He is passionate about interacting with people and delivering professional service from start to finish. In his free time, Matthew enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, off-roading, camping, and mountain biking.
Geoff
2IC - Plumber/Gasfitter/Drainlayer
Geoff has been a part of the Deluxe Plumbing & Gas team for over 2 years and has been in the trade for close to a decade. In his time off, he enjoys the outdoors, hunting and fishing and is never shy of a fence post yarn.
Talbot
Plumber/Gasfitter
Talbot joined the Deluxe Plumbing & Gas team in 2024 and brings with him 9 years of plumbing experience. Talbot enjoys the variety of work in the industry, problem solving and learning along the way. Outside of work, Talbot enjoys swinging a club around the golf course and spends a lot of his time up in Mangawhai.
Alex
Plumber/Gasfitter/Drainlayer
Alex has been with the Deluxe Plumbing & Gas team for over three years and is our go-to plumbing maintenance expert. His dedication and reliability are invaluable to our operations. Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing games, training in Muay Thai, and spending time with his friends
Jack
Plumber/Gasfitter/Drainlayer Apprentice
Jack joined Deluxe Plumbing & Gas midway through 2024 and is currently completing his apprenticeship with us. He has quickly proven himself to be a valued addition to our team, and we are excited to have him on board. Outside of work, Jack dedicates a significant amount of time as an active member of the NZDF. He loves spending time outdoors, is an avid surfer, and enjoys fishing on the weekends.
Sarah
Office Manager
Sarah has been part of Deluxe Plumbing & Gas for over four years with more than 10 years of administration experience in different fields. She works closely with Matthew and Rachel to develop processes, manage H&S and ensure everything is running smoothly. Outside of work, she is a mum of 2 busy preschoolers and enjoys spending time outdoors and with family.
Rachel
Office Administrator
Rachel has been a valued member of Deluxe Plumbing & Gas for just over a year, handling all aspects of customer service. She is our friendly voice behind the phone. Outside of work, she enjoys camping in her caravan, walking, running, exploring the outdoors, and catching up with her friends.
